## Title: Contract/Project Architect

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Contract/Project Architect.

Set up and manage Revit work-sharing models and cloud collaboration environments for the project team
Assist in the production and coordination of working drawings for tender and construction, based on the design lead's methodology
Maintain model integrity by applying best practices in orthodox Revit modeling, including families, detailing, sheet setup, and annotations
Provide technical support to ensure accurate coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP models
Assist with revisions, updates, and compliance with project standards

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
ARCON Registered Architect with current practice license
Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
