About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled contract manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contract administration and project cost control within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise from the oil & gas industry, demonstrating strong analytical abilities, excellent stakeholder management, and a proven track record of delivering cost-effective, compliant, and timely contract outcomes.
This role requires a proactive professional capable of driving procurement excellence, ensuring contractual integrity, and supporting the business in achieving its strategic targets across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee contract administration and management throughout the full project lifecycle
- Provide cost estimation for prospective projects
- Manage project planning and cost control across all company projects
- Develop detailed work schedules with daily and weekly cost control tools for all projects
- Establish guidelines for meeting departmental objectives
- Participate in site inspection visits and pre-bid/tender clarification meetings
- Ensure corporate business targets are achieved consistently
- Manage stakeholders on company projects
- Interface with clients on all contract issues and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate all tendering and bidding activities and ensure timely bid submissions
- Prepare, package, and submit tenders and pre-qualification documents (technical tender, unpriced commercial tender, and commercial tender)
- Draft contracts and engagement documents for subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure vendors and subcontractors meet contractual obligations specified in their agreements
- Review all company contracts in accordance with applicable contract laws and requirements
- Advise management on contract-related concerns
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a contract manager in the oil & gas industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver cost-effective, compliant, and timely contract outcomes
- Knowledge of contract law and procurement best practices
