Description - Are You Creative, Confident & Conversion-Focused? - Dexta Africa Limited is looking for a high-performing Content Creative who can turn properties into powerful stories and views into serious enquiries. - If you know how to create content that sells — not just content that looks good — this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing - Create scroll-stopping property videos, visuals, captions & scripts - Develop and execute a content strategy that drives real leads - Showcase properties in a way that builds trust and urgency - Maintain strong, consistent brand messaging - Appear confidently on camera when required - Turn engagement into enquiries. Who We’re Looking For - 2 – 3 years proven experience in content creation - Experience in real estate or sales-driven industries is a strong advantage - Strong storytelling and marketing mindset - Comfortable in front of the camera - Creative, proactive, and results-oriented - Must live in or around Ajah (No accommodation provided).
