## Title: Content Creator & Executive Assistant

Position Overview

TECO Limited is seeking a highly organized and creative Content Creator & Executive Assistant to support executive operations while managing digital content creation across our platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and captions for social media and digital platforms
  • Manage content calendars and posting schedules
  • Provide administrative and executive support including emails, scheduling, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Manage correspondence and confidential information
  • Assist with brand communication and online engagement
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation and administrative support
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Social media management experience (added advantage)
