A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to create compelling content across multiple platforms and formats, showcasing printed products and services to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

• Create high-quality content for social media, website, blog posts, email campaigns, and printed materials
• Write compelling product descriptions, service explanations, and promotional copy
• Develop engaging visual content, including photos, videos, reels, and graphics that highlight printed products (banners, brochures, signage, packaging, merchandise, etc.)
• Collaborate with the design/production team to capture behind-the-scenes content, customer projects, and new print capabilities

Social Media & Online Presence

• Plan and execute content calendars for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Monitor trends and create content that boosts engagement and reach
• Manage community interactions, respond to messages and comments, and track performance metrics

Brand & Creative Strategy

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and the company's visual identity
• Assist in brainstorming marketing campaigns and promotional ideas
• Identify opportunities to showcase print solutions for various industries (events, retail, corporate, small business)

Photography & Videography

• Conduct product photoshoots, customer story videos, and factory/production process footage
• Edit videos and images for marketing use across digital platforms

Collaboration & Production Support

• Work closely with the sales, design, and production teams to understand services, workflows, and customer needs
• Assist in preparing sample artwork, templates, and promotional materials for client presentations
