Role Overview

The Consumer Growth Officer is responsible for driving Moneta user growth for each partner bank, leveraging B2B2C strategies to expand adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with partner banks to design and execute consumer acquisition campaigns
• Monitor and report on user growth performance per bank
• Implement targeted sales tactics to engage end-users through bank partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure user growth strategies are aligned
• Achieve and exceed growth targets across all assigned banks

Requirements

• Proven success in B2B2C sales with measurable results
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
• Previous experience in fintech, banking, or consumer-focused technology preferred
• BSc in Business Administration or Marketing
