Position Overview

An established organization is recruiting a Consultant Surgeon for the Surgery department at University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital, Maiduguri (UMTH).

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent qualification in a relevant field

Postgraduate Qualifications

  • Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria
  • OR Fellowship of the West African College of Surgeons/Physicians (FWACS/FWACP)

Professional Registration and Licensing

  • Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
  • Valid practicing license
