About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Supervision Manager to oversee store renovation projects and ensure all store construction meets company standards. The ideal candidate will lead the acceptance process, establish quality benchmarks, and build a capable supervision team to support our expansion across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and conduct store renovation acceptance across assigned regions, ensuring compliance with company design and construction standards
• Develop, document, and continuously improve store construction and acceptance standards to drive consistency and quality
• Build, train, and manage a store acceptance and supervision team to support efficient project execution
• Identify construction defects, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution before store openings
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and operations teams to align renovation outcomes with business needs
• Prepare regular reports on project status, acceptance results, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction supervision or store project management, preferably in retail or commercial environments
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, materials, and quality control processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites nationwide
