Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Construction Manager located in Lagos. You will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site staff and day-to-day construction activities
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within approved budgets
• Implement and monitor project control measures
• Ensure all construction safety standards are met and maintained
• Manage budgeting and financial aspects of projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• COREN registration (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in supervisory skills and project control
• Expertise in budgeting and construction safety
• Solid understanding of general construction practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

• Proven track record in the construction industry
