Construction Manager

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: - Responsible for supervising and coordinating all construction works within the park, ensuring quality, safety, environmental compliance, and timely delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee construction activities, contractors, and workmanship quality. - Ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, safety, and environmental requirements. - Conduct site inspections, track progress, manage documentation, and prepare management report. - Support project planning, procurement, and coordination with internal teams. Requirements: - Degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction supervision or project management. - Strong knowledge of construction standards, drawings, and site management.
