Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager, based in Bonny. - The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. - The role involves coordinating with project stakeholders, supervising construction teams, and ensuring projects are executed within budget and time constraints while maintaining quality and safety standards. Required Qualifications: - Strong Supervisory Skills to lead teams and oversee day-to-day construction activities - Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control for effective resource allocation and timeline management - Knowledge of Construction and Construction Safety standards and procedures - Experience in managing complex construction projects within budget, timelines, and regulatory frameworks - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills - Relevant certifications in project management or construction safety are an advantage - A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required
