Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize confidential files (both paper and digital)
- Draft, format and proofread official correspondence and reports
- Handle sensitive patient and staff information with discretion
- Assist in preparing medical and administrative reports
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Chief Medical Director
- Take minutes during meetings and ensure timely distribution
- Perform other clerical and administrative assistant duties as directed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of a National Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a confidential secretary, personal assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application tools
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive medical and administrative information
- Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent organizational skills
