## Title: Compliance and HR Assistant

About the Company

MK Executive Care UK is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care to vulnerable adults within their homes. We prioritize quality, safety, dignity, and compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations. We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Compliance and HR Assistant to support our compliance, recruitment, and workforce management processes.

Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle rota management and address rota-related issues
  • Document reports on missed care notes, staff lateness, and actions taken
  • Conduct telephone monitoring of staff and service users
  • Audit staff and service users' files
  • Review and update care plans
  • Review visit notes and medication records
  • Assist in creating and managing incident reports
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
  • Support the HR team with end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support employee onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain HR databases and personnel files

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in the health and social care sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex care challenges and develop effective solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
  • Availability to work alternate weekends (either Saturday or Sunday each week)
