## Title: Compliance and HR Assistant
About the Company
MK Executive Care UK is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care to vulnerable adults within their homes. We prioritize quality, safety, dignity, and compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations. We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Compliance and HR Assistant to support our compliance, recruitment, and workforce management processes.

Lagos, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Handle rota management and address rota-related issues
- Document reports on missed care notes, staff lateness, and actions taken
- Conduct telephone monitoring of staff and service users
- Audit staff and service users' files
- Review and update care plans
- Review visit notes and medication records
- Assist in creating and managing incident reports
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
- Support the HR team with end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain HR databases and personnel files
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in the health and social care sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex care challenges and develop effective solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
- Availability to work alternate weekends (either Saturday or Sunday each week)
