About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and result-oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to spearhead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our employee compensation and benefits package. This role is critical within our HR team, with a focus on developing data-driven strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent while aligning with business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing compensation structures, a strong analytical skill set, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage competitive compensation structures and comprehensive benefits packages, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial plans
- Lead market analysis and benchmarking studies, staying attuned to industry trends and salary standards to maintain competitiveness and enhance employee satisfaction
- Oversee compliance with all compensation and benefits regulations, proactively updating policies to meet legal standards
- Partner with HR leadership to refine and implement a rewards and recognition strategy that promotes high performance and fosters a positive workplace culture
- Serve as a key advisor to HR business partners and managers on all compensation and benefits matters, providing insights and guidance to support informed decision-making
- Utilize HRIS systems and analytics to create insightful reports, enabling data-driven decisions on compensation and benefits initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in compensation and benefits
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and HRIS systems
