Position Overview:
The Company Legal Secretary provides high-level administrative, legal, and corporate secretarial support to the Legal Department and company management. The role ensures effective legal documentation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance support, contract management, and efficient coordination of legal operations within the organization.

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of legal documentation and corporate processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using document management systems is an advantage.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree, BL.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a corporate legal, administrative, or secretarial role.
- Prior experience in a corporate organization, law firm, or legal department is required.
- Professional certification in:
- Legal Practice Support
- Corporate Administration
- Company Secretarial Practice
- Administrative Management will be an added advantage.
AGE: Not more than 45 years last birthday
