About the Role

We are seeking a well-experienced and presentable driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting personnel, maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, and ensuring timely, efficient delivery of services while adhering to all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain vehicles in compliance with local and international traffic regulations
• Transport personnel to and from specified locations in a timely and efficient manner
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for each trip to ensure on-time arrival and maximize time efficiency
• Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance, reporting any issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of vehicles at all times
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with clients and colleagues
• Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures, including first aid and crisis response
• Ensure that all required vehicle documents, such as licenses, insurance, and registration, are up to date and valid
• Report any accidents, injuries, or traffic violations to management and cooperate with law enforcement authorities
• Follow internal agreed policies and guidelines on vehicle use and code of conduct
• Stay updated on local traffic and road conditions that may affect movement schedules and plans
• Furnish management with reports on vehicle maintenance and spare parts charges

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a good driving record
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent driving skills
• Residence on the Island (Job location is on the Island)

Work Schedule

Monday - Saturday, with Sunday work required 2 times per month
