## Title: Community Sales Agent

The Community Sales Agent is responsible for driving sales growth within assigned neighborhoods and local communities. This role focuses on building strong relationships with residents, local businesses, and community organizations while identifying opportunities to promote and sell the company's products and services.

The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and deeply engaged with the community, using outreach activities, local events, and market awareness to meet sales targets. By understanding community needs, you will tailor solutions that improve customer satisfaction, strengthen brand loyalty, and contribute to overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential customers through community outreach, networking events, social gatherings, referrals, and door-to-door engagement
  • Actively follow up on leads to drive conversions

Building Local Relationships

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, households, and community groups
  • Leverage trust within communities to support continuous sales growth

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations

  • Present products and services confidently
  • Explain features clearly, highlight benefits, and guide prospects toward informed purchase decisions

Closing Sales & Meeting Targets

  • Convert prospects into paying customers
  • Negotiate terms where applicable and consistently achieve assigned revenue and conversion targets

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly
  • Maintain ongoing communication and encourage repeat business and referrals

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor local market trends and customer preferences
  • Gather competitor insights to inform sales strategies
