## Title: Community Manager – Hotel
About the Role
The Community Manager builds and activates a vibrant guest and partner community around the hotel and bistro, driving engagement, loyalty, events, collaborations, and brand presence both online and offline. The role focuses on deepening relationships, increasing repeat visits, and creating meaningful community-led experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Community Building
- Grow and manage guest communities
- Implement loyalty and membership initiatives
- Manage guest engagement across the full customer journey
Events & Activations
- Plan and deliver regular events
- Manage partnerships and collaborations
- Drive attendance, ticketing, and post-event engagement
Brand Representation
- Act as a key brand ambassador
- Uphold brand culture and hospitality standards
- Gather community feedback for continuous improvement
Digital & Social Engagement
- Activate online communities
- Coordinate community-driven content with the social media team
- Manage digital interactions
Partnerships
- Build relationships with corporates, creatives, influencers, and local brands
- Deliver co-hosted events and commercial collaborations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in community management, marketing, events, or hospitality
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- High creativity, energy, and digital media awareness
