About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Vine City Church International as a Community, Fellowship and Outreach Officer (CFO). You will lead outreach efforts, organize fellowship activities, manage evangelism initiatives, and support church administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate community church services, small group meetings, and prayer sessions to encourage spiritual growth and foster deeper connections within the community
• Develop and manage outreach programs aimed at engaging the local community, attracting new members, and providing resources to those in need
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for both church activities and outreach initiatives, ensuring events run smoothly and effectively
• Build relationships with local organizations, residents, and leaders to foster collaboration and improve community outreach efforts
• Plan and execute special events, community service projects, and outreach campaigns in line with the church's vision and mission
• Track the success of outreach and fellowship programs, gathering feedback to improve future efforts
• Assist church leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating church programs, and overseeing church records and documentation
• Handle church communications, maintain accurate membership records, and assist with financial reporting
• Manage payroll administration, document management, telephone follow-up, and staff coordination
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior leadership

Requirements

• OND, HND qualification, or Degree in any field
• 0 - 2 years relevant work experience
• Born-again believer with a strong passion for evangelism and discipleship
• Not more than 30 years old
• Female candidates preferred to support gender balance
