Job Summary

Develop and manage the company's online and offline communities by creating engagement strategies, building relationships, and strengthening brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Grow and manage the organization's community platforms
Develop creative campaigns to enhance engagement
Respond to inquiries and moderate discussions
Collaborate with marketing and design teams
Monitor and analyze community performance
Identify and nurture brand advocates

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2–4 years' experience managing online and offline communities
Excellent communication and networking skills
Creative approach and passion for community engagement
Knowledge of digital and social media tools

Compensation

N300,000 (Net) monthly
