## Title: Communications Intern
About the Role
All On is seeking a motivated and creative Communications Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communications, public relations, and digital marketing within the energy sector. The successful candidate will assist in crafting and delivering compelling narratives that resonate with our diverse audience, supporting our mission to increase energy access across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and social media content
- Develop engaging content for various communication platforms, including the company's website and social media channels
- Support the production of multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and podcasts
Social Media Management
- Help manage and grow All On's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics
- Research and implement innovative strategies to increase social media engagement and reach
Public Relations Support
- Assist in maintaining relationships with media outlets, drafting pitches, and coordinating media requests
- Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings for internal reports
Event Support
- Support the planning and execution of company events, webinars, and community outreach programs
- Assist with the creation of event materials, such as invitations, programs, and promotional content
Research and Analysis
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform communication strategies
- Analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
Administrative Tasks
- Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining media contact databases, coordinating meetings, and organizing communications materials
