We are seeking a dynamic Collection Agent to join our expanding team at Flexi Microfinance Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding loan repayments while maintaining professional standards and achieving collection targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to recover outstanding loan repayments
• Maintain professional communication while ensuring compliance with company standards
• Achieve individual and team collection targets
• Provide accurate daily reports on recovery activities

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/NCE qualification
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Previous experience in loan recovery, telemarketing, or customer service (advantageous)
