Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate onsite coding and robotics classes
• Develop course content and curriculum
• Grade student assignments and provide detailed feedback
• Communicate with students and parents regarding progress
• Develop a specific computer science curriculum with various classes including game programming, app programming, logic, and critical thinking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience teaching coding and ICT at primary and secondary school levels
• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals and development in one or more of the following areas:
  • Game development
  • Mobile applications development
  • Web development
• Programming experience with Python
• Experience with MIT Scratch educational software
• Familiarity with the basics of robotics technology and Artificial Intelligence concepts

Preferred Experience

• Experience with educational game engines such as Godot, Buildbox, or Kodu
• Working knowledge of Arduino, micro:bit, Virtual Reality, or Drone Technology
