The Client Sales Executive serves as the face of the luxury brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong, lasting relationships with high-value clients. This role combines sales expertise with client relationship management to drive revenue, customer loyalty, and uphold the prestige of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for clients
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintain detailed client profiles, including preferences, purchase history, and special occasions
- Proactively follow up with clients to anticipate and fulfill their needs
- Provide personalized shopping experiences and luxury service tailored to each client
- Identify business opportunities and engage new clients

Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
