## Title: Client Relationship Officer
Job Summary
The Client Relationship Officer will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term loyalty. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance loyalty
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Provide guidance and information about available properties and services
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate client records in the company's CRM system
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to nurture ongoing relationships
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling real estate services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or sales

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
