## Title: Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to join our expanding team in Lagos. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing sales activities within the Lagos region, while developing and implementing an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy. This role focuses primarily on identifying new opportunities and markets to drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the acquisition of the company's customers and revenue goals while managing the general direction and oversight of all sales and marketing activities
  • Direct strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company
  • Represent the company externally to enhance and strengthen the company's profile and optimize all business development opportunities
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the company's products and services to accurately capture and address customer queries
  • Ensure all commercial activities meet or exceed budget, cost, volume, and efficiency targets (Key Performance Indicators) in line with business objectives
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully meeting set objectives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs
  • Work with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure consistent lead generation
  • Support the Head of Sales & Marketing in preparing and implementing annual work and resource plans aligned with overall company strategy
  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating potential clients' positions within their industries; research and analyze sales options
  • Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities

Market and Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement market, competitiveness, product definition/pricing, and distribution strategies
  • Identify prospects and evaluate industry positioning to uncover new business opportunities
