## Title: Client Relationship Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ibadan. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client communications and handle inquiries promptly
  • Resolve client issues effectively and professionally

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Must be able to work on-site in Ibadan, Nigeria
