## Title: Client Relationship Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ibadan. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communications and handle inquiries promptly
- Resolve client issues effectively and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs
- Contribute to client retention strategies
- Identify opportunities for client engagement

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in client relationship management or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Must be able to work on-site in Ibadan, Nigeria
