## Title: Client Relationship Associate - Real Estate Sales
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Associate to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will manage leads, engage prospects, provide property information tailored to client needs, promote available listings, and support the sales process. This role includes attending property inspections and closing sales when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and follow up on all assigned leads and briefs
- Engage warm leads, answer client inquiries, and provide accurate property information
- Advertise and promote available properties across approved platforms
- Sell properties directly when required
- Maintain timely and professional communication with clients
- Schedule and attend property inspections as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
- Prepare brief reports on client interactions, inspections, and sales progress
- Stay informed about available properties and internal updates
Requirements
- HND or BSc Degree in administration or a related social discipline
- Previous sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of common tech tools (WhatsApp, Google, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage clients professionally and follow up promptly
- Must reside on Lagos Island or within close proximity
- Available to attend physical property inspections when needed
- Ability to work remotely and meet sales targets
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation
