## Title: Client Relations & Administrative Officer

Position Overview

Join a leading event center and multipurpose venue designed to host various social and corporate gatherings. We are seeking a Client Relations & Administrative Officer to provide exceptional service and support for celebrations and professional meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram
  • Manage event bookings and schedules
  • Prepare and send invoices and booking confirmations
  • Maintain accurate client records and databases
  • Follow up with clients before and after events to ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • OND, HND, or BSc degree
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience
