Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) in Nursing for the position of Client Care Representative (Front Desk) to join our healthcare facility team in Lekki Phase 1.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve client complaints and issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience
• Demonstrate openness and friendliness with clients and patients

Requirements

• Qualification: OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc Degree
• 2 - 4 years of working experience in customer service or client care
• Completion of NYSC program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in EMR portal, Microsoft Office, and other software applications
• Residency within Ikate, Igboefon, and surrounding areas (mandatory)

Salary

₦120,000 per month
