Client Business Lead

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: - We are seeking a Client Business Lead to oversee the marketing and business performance of assigned brands. The role involves leading brand teams, managing key clients, driving marketing strategy, promotions, and delivering strong brand growth through data-driven insights. What You’ll Do: - Lead the overall marketing direction for the brand(s) to achieve growth targets. - Serve as the primary strategic partner to the client on brand, marketing, and promotional decisions. - Oversee campaign planning across digital, traditional, and experiential touchpoints. - Lead client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews. - Use data insights to recommend promo plans, distribution pushes, and content priorities. - Track performance of all campaigns against KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly. - Ensure all marketing deliverables are timely, accurate, and on-brand. - Guide annual marketing planning and budget allocation with the client. - Lead and mentor brand managers & brand associates. Who We’re Looking For: - 5+ years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or client service - Must have experience working in an agency/advertising/media firm.  - Strong leadership, project management, and client-facing skills - Data-driven and commercially aware
