Clearing and Logistic Officer

Role Description - This is a full-time on-site role for a Clearing and Logistic Officer located in Agbara. - The Clearing and Logistic Officer will be responsible for handling and ensuring efficient clearing of imports through the sea, air & land ports. - The officer will be responsible for sourcing, planning and managing logistics for all incoming goods and outgoing deliveries, coordinating with procurement and sales for logistics needs, coordinating with transporters/drivers and tracking delivery timelines. - The officer will ensure efficient clearing processes and contribute to the streamlined administration of logistic tasks. Required Qualifications: - Experience in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee and optimize the movement of goods. - Strong Administration skills to support daily operations and maintain accurate records. - Ability to manage time effectively, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. - Familiarity with import and import and export procedures, customs clearance, import documentation and relevant regulations. - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
