Job Summary

We are seeking a cleaner to ensure that residential and facility areas are maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The successful candidate will perform a range of cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, sweeping floors, and maintaining restrooms and common areas. Daily routine inspections will be conducted at specified times to ensure facilities remain fresh and hygienic.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and restroom cleaning
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Ensure adequate supplies of cleaning products are available at all times
• Report any breakages or damage that occur during the cleaning process
• Inform the Admin Manager of repairs that need to be completed
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies
• Complete other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum qualification: SSCE (Senior School Certificate Examination)
• Age: 20–25 years
• Proven work experience as a Cleaner
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Keen eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues
• Capacity to complete tasks efficiently and within given timeframes
• Ability to address unexpected cleaning issues that may arise

Compensation

N80,000 – N100,000 monthly
