Cleaner at Outsource Nigeria

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Summary - We are seeking reliable and hardworking Cleaners to maintain cleanliness and ensure a hygienic environment within the facility. - The ideal candidates must be detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to carry out cleaning tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors. - Clean and disinfect restrooms, toilets, and handwashing areas. - Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, windows, and fixtures. - Empty and dispose of trash properly. - Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damage. - Ensure all assigned areas are kept neat and presentable at all times. - Replenish supplies such as tissue, soap, and cleaning materials. - Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards. Qualifications & Requirements - Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE. - 1–2 years of experience in a cleaning or janitorial role. - Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. - Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe usage. - Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks. - Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable. Key Competencies: - Attention to detail. - Time management skills. - Strong work ethic. - Ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness standards. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Working Conditions - May involve shift work, weekends, or extended hours (depending on workplace). - Frequent interaction with patients and healthcare professionals. - Must adhere to safety standards and PPE requirements.
