About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join our housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute housekeeping, cleaning, and tidying activities according to hygienic standards to ensure public and staff private areas are in good condition
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets, and other rooms
• Perform laundry, ironing, and other housekeeping activities
• Sweep and mop floors
• Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) as required
• Prepare hot water for tea/coffee and refill drinking water upon arrival
• Check that toilets are well stocked with paper, soap, and condoms
• Monitor water supply (kitchen, showers, etc.) during water cuts to ensure sufficiency
• Keep premises properly locked (doors, windows)
• Carry out routine, weekly, and monthly deep cleaning
• Work at different locations when necessary
• Complete any other tasks assigned

Education

• Literacy (essential)

Experience

• Experience as a Cleaner (required)
• NGO experience (asset)
