Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Organize and clean the entire office and its premises and assist associates in ways to optimize procedures. - Handle general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. - Keeping an inventory of office supplies in a timely manner to ensure no shortages or loss. - Ensure timely purchase of fuel/diesel to avoid zero downtime. - Run other routine errands, as required, for the office. - Maintain company assets; track usage and working conditions and give prompt reports. - Assist in purchasing supplies for events. - Taking and delivering messages from clients and in-between departments. - Support different departments with administrative tasks and also assist the kitchen staff as needed. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow. - Monitor and report any issues with office equipment and facilities. - Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs. - Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Requirements: - Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience. - Proximity to Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi would be considered.
