Claims Executive

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role Description - We are seeking a Claims Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos. - The Claims Executive will be responsible for claims handling, assessment, and management processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - This position will require actively interfacing with healthcare providers, reviewing claims documentation, resolving disputes, and maintaining detailed records. - The role also involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and assisting in resolving claim-related issues. - Adequate reporting and collaboration with team members will be essential to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards. Required Qualifications: - Proficiency in Claims Handling and Claims Management to ensure accurate and efficient processing of claims - Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and healthcare providers - Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and review claim details, identify discrepancies, and make decisions - Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is advantageous - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management capabilities - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proficiency in using relevant software or tools for claims management and documentation
