Civil Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop construction plans, specifications, and estimates for civil engineering projects - Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather data for project planning - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met - Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards - Analyze and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during construction - Prepare and submit reports, including progress updates and technical documents Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with experience in construction projects - Professional certification (COREN or equivalent) is an advantage - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Skills: - Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software - Knowledge of Nigerian building codes and regulations - Experience with project management and coordination - Strong attention to detail and quality control
