Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site - Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards - Plan and monitor project timelines to meet set milestones and deadlines - Manage contractors, subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers - Review structural and architectural drawings for accuracy and constructability - Conduct routine site inspections and enforce corrective actions where necessary - Monitor material usage and control wastage - Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and workforce allocation - Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations - Organize site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management - Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities - Document variations, delays, and technical issues on site - Support cost control efforts in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor
