## Title: City Sales Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to serve as City Representative, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion across an assigned city/region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales across assigned city/region to achieve targets
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and brand visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and operational activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across all city operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
