Church Planter and State Intercessor (Oyo)

About the Role

Vine City Church International seeks a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as Church Planter and State Intercessor. This is a leadership position focused on pioneering new church branches, fostering spiritual growth, and advancing the Kingdom of God through strategic church planting and intercessory ministry across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Pioneer and establish new Vine City Church branches across assigned states
• Lead evangelistic outreaches, discipleship programs, and spiritual growth initiatives
• Recruit, mentor, and establish new church members and leaders
• Organize and lead intercessory prayer sessions for regional revival and church expansion
• Provide pastoral care, mentorship, and spiritual leadership to growing congregations
• Plant and build specialized fellowships including Student, Prison, Hospital, and Village Fellowships, as well as daughter churches
• Lead church services, teach, and preach the Word to congregations
• Conduct pastoral visits and provide compassionate care and support to church members
• Participate actively in Morning Staff Intercession sessions and Weekly Church Programs
• Engage in daily prayer, spiritual warfare, and intercession as essential spiritual disciplines
• Utilize spiritual mapping as a primary tool for effective church planting and growth
• Build and maintain strong community relationships and oversee church administration
• Coordinate church department work and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic expansion

Required Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's Degree
• 5–10 years of relevant experience
• Born-again pastor with demonstrated passion for church planting
• Proven experience in church leadership and pioneering new churches
• Strong commitment to evangelism, discipleship, and intercessory ministry
