Church Planter and State Intercessor at Vine City Church International

About the Role

Vine City Church International is seeking a qualified Church Planter and State Intercessor to pioneer and establish new church branches, lead spiritual initiatives, and oversee intercessory prayer for regional revival and church expansion across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Pioneer and establish new Vine City Church branches
• Lead evangelistic outreaches, discipleship programs, and spiritual growth initiatives
• Recruit, mentor, and establish new church members and congregations
• Organize and lead intercessory prayers for the region's revival and church expansion
• Provide pastoral care, mentorship, and leadership to growing congregations
• Plant and build fellowships including Student, Prison, Hospital, Village, and daughter churches across assigned states
• Lead church services, teach and preach God's Word to congregations
• Engage in church department work and function as a church leader
• Offer pastoral care through visitations and compassionate support to church members
• Participate fully in morning staff intercession sessions and weekly church programs
• Engage in church planting across states of the federation as assigned by the Senior Pastor
• Practice daily prayer, spiritual warfare, and intercession to advance kingdom expansion
• Apply spiritual mapping techniques to church planting and growth strategies
• Build strong community relationships and oversee church administration

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Born-again pastor with a genuine passion for church planting
• Strong commitment to evangelism, discipleship, and intercessory ministry
• Proven experience in church leadership and pioneering new churches
• Ability to mobilize, recruit, and establish strong congregations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
