Chinese Translator

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities: - Translate a variety of documents from Chinese to English and vice versa - Ensure accuracy and consistency of translated content - Edit and proofread translated materials to ensure quality - Research and familiarize with industry-specific terminology - Communicate with clients and team members to clarify translation requirements and expectations - Manage multiple translation projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines - Stay up-to-date with current language and cultural trends to improve translation skills - Provide cultural consulting and linguistic support to clients as needed. Requirements: - Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English - Proven working experience as a Chinese Translator - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - In-depth knowledge of Chinese culture and customs - Proficient in using translation software and tools - Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity while translating sensitive documents.
