## Title: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

About the Role

KloudOpp Limited is seeking a highly strategic, revenue- and growth-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with extensive experience in driving top-line growth, scaling revenue operations, and leading go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, preferably with senior leadership experience in high-revenue companies or startups generating $5 million+ annually, with a proven track record of building revenue pipelines, scaling teams, and securing high-value partnerships.

This role is responsible for defining and executing revenue strategy, overseeing sales, marketing, business development, and partnerships, while ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with company goals
  • Drive growth across multiple revenue streams, including B2B, B2C, enterprise, and partnerships
  • Establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure and optimize revenue performance

Sales & Business Development Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and scale sales, business development, and partnership teams
  • Identify and secure high-value clients, strategic accounts, and global partnerships
  • Develop sales processes, compensation models, and incentive structures to maximize performance

Marketing & Go-to-Market

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop demand generation, lead nurturing, and market penetration strategies
  • Oversee pricing, product positioning, and market expansion initiatives
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales funnels and campaign ROI

Partnerships & Strategic Alliances

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and high-value collaborations
  • Leverage network to create new revenue opportunities and expansion avenues
  • Act as primary executive representative in high-level negotiations
