Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations with agility, innovation, and a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Develop and oversee marketing, PR, and growth strategies across radio, FM, digital, and social media platforms
• Drive business growth while fostering creativity and collaboration
• Design and implement systems, processes, and strategies for sustainability and growth
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and financial performance tracking
• Lead digital transformation efforts to improve content delivery and audience engagement
• Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
• Serve as the brand's spokesperson, representing the organization with partners, stakeholders, and regulators
• Anticipate technological disruptions and position the organization for future competitiveness

Requirements

• 8+ years of impactful experience in media, digital, or creative industries
• Senior leadership experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Media Management, or related field
