Key Responsibilities

Asset Management & Performance Optimization

• Lead oversight of the company's real estate portfolio, ensuring asset value maximization and strong financial performance
• Identify underperforming assets and execute repositioning, lease-up, or divestment strategies
• Implement asset-specific business plans with defined ROI, operational goals, and exit strategies

Business Development & Growth Strategy

• Source and evaluate new business and investment opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with JV partners, investors, brokers, and key stakeholders
• Drive deal structuring, negotiations, and presentations to executive stakeholders and investors

Project Lifecycle Management

• Oversee end-to-end development and execution of real estate projects from feasibility through completion
