Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. - A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) is highly desirable. - 15–20 years’ experience in banking or financial services. - 7–10 years in senior management or executive leadership roles, preferably within a mortgage bank or commercial bank. - Strong exposure to mortgage operations, branch management, digital banking, and regulatory compliance.
