Job Summary

The COO will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to strengthen the company's market position, enhance operational effectiveness, and deliver long-term value to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and post-graduate degree (preferably MBA)
- At least 15 years of cognate experience, preferably in financial services, with at least 10 years in management/leadership roles
- Experience within the mortgage banking ecosystem (preferred)
- Demonstrated success in operational management, business development, and stakeholder engagement
- Relevant professional certifications in Project Management, Finance, or Information Technology (added advantage)
