Chief Operating Officer at First Excelsia

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee operational execution, logistics workflows, and multi-department coordination. You will drive efficiency across rider operations, dispatch systems, and customer service while maintaining profitability and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end daily operations, ensuring timely deliveries and SLA compliance
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dispatch, rider management, and client onboarding
• Monitor operational KPIs including delivery success rate, average delivery time, and cost per trip
• Coordinate with Finance, Rider Operations, and Customer Experience teams to align performance targets
• Develop regional expansion strategy and operational scaling plans
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and logistics partnerships
• Ensure compliance with transport, electric vehicle, and safety regulations
• Drive overall company revenue growth and profitability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, or Business Management
• 8–12 years of experience in transport and logistics operations
• Proven experience managing large fleets and multi-site logistics operations
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• MBA is strongly preferred
