Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership for the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Oversee project planning, construction, and delivery to ensure quality, timely execution, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and controls that drive efficiency, accountability, and cost effectiveness
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across business units
  • Support the CEO in defining and executing long-term growth strategies, including expansion into new markets and business lines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, regulators, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Foster a high-performance culture by leading, mentoring, and developing departmental heads
  • Establish robust risk management frameworks to anticipate and mitigate operational risks
  • Champion innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation in business processes and project delivery

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role within real estate, construction, or infrastructure
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, project financing, and investor relations
  • Demonstrated success in scaling business operations and improving organizational performance
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • High ethical standards and a track record of integrity and sound judgment
